Hi there, I received three bookings by the same user with Amelia and Woocommerce. The three bookings came through on Woocommerce but only one of them is appearing in the Amelia booking software.
These three bookings are on the same day, one after the other. Each service has a post service buffer time of 15 minutes however the customer was able to book the services without the buffer times existing. Can you help?
I tried recreating this situation on my local site, unfortunately, unsuccessfully.
May I test it on your site to find the cause?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Could you please provide us with cPanel or PhpMyAdmin (or any other tool that you use for database administrating) credentials, so we will be able to access your database as well?

it seems that there is a large time difference between us as it shows your reply from 11 hours ago, which here is 11pm; is there any chance that you can temporarily turn off the 2 step or contact me sometime before that?

Can you go to Amelia > Settings > General Settings, and check if Buffer time is included in service duration?
Also, please let me know if this customer received Amelia notifications for all three appointments?

Thanks for coming back to me on this. I have checked I can confirm that the setting for buffer time included in service duration is set to 'on'.
Also, I have contacted the customer and they have received three confirmations for their three separate bookings made.

It's very peculiar because due to the service duration the next two appointments should not have been available, as you said.
