I am in the process of DeGoogling my life and my business. In fact I am looking to move away from Big Tech in a general way (Including but not limited to Microsoft, AWS, Google and Apple). I would very much like to take my small business and my clients in that direction as well.
I recently switched to Linux PopOS as my desktop operating system and i am in the working through some integrations. PopOS comes out of the box with GNU applications like Geary (Email Client) and Calendar for GNOME.
With this in mind I am moving my business email, docs and calendar to Private Email with Namecheap and they utilize Open Xchange. The goal is to sync my appointments with the Open Xchange Calendar and with my desktop Calendar for GNOME so that I can have a very nice streamlined workflow and a nice life (free from spyware and companies that pretend not to be evil).
Can you help me...or at least point me in the proper direction? Like I said above...I would love to be able to provide this type of setup to my small business clients as well.
I'm afraid since Amelia isn't an open-source plugin, we won't be able to share the source code due to our company's policies.
However, If you just want to transfer information from Amelia to another tool, it probably can be achieved with webhooks.
A webhook in Amelia for Appointments can be created for each one of these actions: booking completed, booking canceled, booking rescheduled and booking status changed. So when you create a webhook for one of these actions, the hook will be triggered for each appointment booked, canceled, etc. depending on the action and data will be sent from Amelia via a hook to Zapier/or any other automation tool you integrate to Amelia using this.
