We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Is it possible in Amelia WP plgugin to ad different prices for the same services? I mind for example what happens if I have different price for adults and childs.Thanks

    Hi Gustavo

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    You can set different prices for the same service only by creating another employee for this service and modify the pricing per service in his profile.

    Sorry I think your answer is a little bit confusing.

    So if I need two prices for the same service like Adults and Childs I need to create an employee that the name will be adult and another with child in the name?

    Also I need to manage the capacity of total event. Your solution multiplies the capacity.

    There is not any customizable solution to ad number of childs with a different prices to the bring with you option?

    Correct, there is no option at the moment, unfortunately, to add different tier tickets. We will have this option for Events in the upcoming update that should be out in 3 weeks if testing goes according to plan.
