I'm looking for a booking plugin, but I'd like to now : is it possible with Amelia to have the user set meetings within a fixed range period from his 1st meeting date ?
For example, my product has a 4 weeks validity, so if the user chooses 02/08/2021 as a first meeting date, then his recurring appointments would have to be taken between this date and the 28/08/2021. Is that doable ?
Packages of Services is a feature that allows creating packages of multiple appointments (of the same or different services). In that case, the services that are included in the package and the number of appointments will be fixed, and the price will be set for the whole package. Also, Packages can be limited in time (i.e. have duration). You can see more information here.
Please note that the Packages feature is only available for Amelia Pro and Developer licenses.
Feel free to ask us any other questions you might have.
Thanks for your answer. This looks very promising indeed.
I've tried to fiddle with your backend demos, but I have a question : I can't seem to be able to add/remove any field in the form. Is it due to it being a demo, or is there a fixed form template that I have to work with ? For example, can I remove the "Location" field ?
Also, as for adding custom fields, I've seen in a customer review that adding custom fields in packages' form wasn't possible. Could you please let me know if that is indeed the case as of today ?
Yes, this is not shown in the demo, I'm afraid, but you are able to do so in the Customization section of the full version of Amelia:
For the custom fields, that's because customer will be asked to provide the info for the custom fields during the purchase, however, they will not be able to do so for the individual bookings from the package later; they will all have same information that was entered during purchase by default.

Hi, Adrien,
Thank you for your inquiry.
In Amelia, it can be achieved with Packages.
