We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

select more than one time when booking

    Hello,

    When a client goes to my site(still in testing mode), he/she can only select one booking time (as far as I can tell). Is there a way to have them select more than one time/date when they choose a service(select multiple days/times)? Example: customer comes to my site, chooses a service and wants to book two one hour sessions on different days at the time of booking. Or if they want to book one type of service for one day/time and another type of service for a different day/ time. Is this possible?

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

    I'm afraid, it is not possible to book multiple appointments at once with current built-in features in Amelia. But it is on our to-do list for future updates.

    However, it can be achieved in two ways.

    Option one: is to use Recurring appointments. But it is suitable only if a customer books multiple appointments of the same service. Recurring Appointments are available in all licenses.

    Option two: Packages of Services - it is a feature that allows creating packages of multiple appointments (of the same or different services). In that case, the services that are included in the package and the number of appointments will be fixed, and the price will be set for the whole package. You can see more information here.
