We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

It looks like that the placeholder %location_name% and %location_description% are not working anymore in our confirmation emails after a booking. Customers receive a blank part in the text where this should be mentioned.

Please make sure that Locations are still assigned to your Employees or/and their working hours.
Also, could you please provide us with a temporary WP Admin login, so we will be able to investigate the issue from the inside. You can post credentials as a private reply to this ticket.

We tried to recreate the issue by using the data you provided but we still couldn't see any issues in retrieving the information from the placeholder. We did however test this from the backend since you require payment for this service, but this should not affect the final result. You can enable on-site payment so we can test it from the frontend as well.

Well, when you gys are receiving the right information it should probably be working again. I am a bit affraid to enable the on-site payment with real live bookings. So, for now thank you for helping me! In case we have this problem again I will reach out to you.
