Hi there,
I wonder if there is a way you can think of to do this. In my table, I have a list of cities. I would like the front-end user to be able to sort the table based on their location (i.e. the closest cities to their own descending to the ones furthest away). Is this possible, and if not is there an ad-on that makes it possible?
Hi Piere,
thank you for reaching out to us
At the moment, tables can only be conditionally sorted per ascending and descending order.
The ordering rules depend on the column type: for example, string columns will be ordered by alphabetical rules, integer or float by arithmetic rules, and so on.
You can check Columns Types and Features here for detailed info on different column types, and sorting rules; however, there is no specific one that would be able to track the distance value in such way at the moment.
