    When someone purchases tickets for multiple people for our webinar, they do not need to input their email. How do we control who accesses the webinar without paying? Please get back to me urgently as the webinar booking page is live. naomiholdt.co.za. We do not want people viewing who haven't paid?

    Yes, there is no mandatory field for the people who are + to the booking person. However, you can insert Custom Fields for this purpose, so that the booking person has to provide emails and data of all attendees so that you can check who on the webinar has been registered and paid for manually.

    In order to create Custom fields, you should open the Customize page, go to the Custom Fields tab, create a new Field and assign it to Services or/and Events it should be used for:
