I see that Amelia can send follow-up emails to the user after the appointment. But I would also like to send a follow-up email to the employee to get feedback about the appointment. How can this be done?
I thought about using webhooks but I don't think "Booking Completed" is the same as "appointment completed".

I'm afraid that this notification type is currently available for customers only.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
