When scheduling an appointment for multiple hours. I can't select when I want the appointment to start. I only get to choose from either 9 am or 1 pm for example for a 4-hour service. What if I wanted my 4-hour appointment to start a 10 am or 11 am? Like with Bookly. If this feature isn't available can I get a refund, because I can't use this product without it. It limits my customers too much.

    Hi Kibwe,

thank you for reaching out to ussmile.png

Time Slot Step is what determines when the appointments will start; it's the time gap between two appointments.

You can adjust it in Amelia > Settings > General Settings > Time Slot Step; just make sure to turn off the option below; Use Service Duration as Time Slot Step.

It's still not working correctly. When they booked the first employee the time slots were correct but when they tried to book the second employee for the same time slot it used the service duration for the booking time slot. If I choose a different day the time slots are correct. Each employee can only be booked once per day.

    Hi Kibwe,

    thank you for contacting back.

This is because one employee cannot work more slots that overlap, do you have more employees on this service are they all properly connected?

  • Kibwe Williamson replied

Yes, I have two employees. It's the second employee that I'm trying to book that isn't working right.

    Hi Kibwe,

    Please check these points:

    1. Are these services visible on the site?

    9142153063.png

    2. If they are, is the employee assigned to these services?

    3. If he is, check his working hours. Working hours where services are defined in the intervals will only show the services defined in there. Make sure these two services are also included.

    4. Did you assign the employee to another location? If you did, please go to Amelia/Locations, and make sure that the location is visible.

I check all these already. Everything works fine as long as they don't try to book both employees for the same time slot. Potential customers are calling and complaining about this. I think what I need to do is upgrade. With packages I would be able to let them book multiple employees at the same time?

    Hi Kibwe,

    thank you for explaining.

At all times you should be able to book with either employee A or employee B.

One client cannot book both employee A and B at the same time for the same appointment.

Is this what you are referring to?

  • Kibwe Williamson replied

Yes, that's exactly what I'm trying to do. I'm using this for Jet Skis and one person will book multiple jet skis so a group will ride together. I was able to reschedule multiple employees for the same time slot for a customer through the backend, but aren't booking with us because they can't do this through the UI. If this isn't possible with this application can I get a refund?

  • [deleted] replied

    Hi Kibwe,

exactly - each employee is available separately, so that person would need to book for multiple people but it would still be registered under one employee only.

As the licence was bought almost a month ago, I'm afraid that we wouldn't be able to refund it.

  • Kibwe Williamson replied

How do I do this? My customers can't get it to work and I can't get it to work.
