Hi I have few questions related customer side front-end.
1. There is an option to disable email address required filed in Appointment form?
2. There is an option to login to customer panel with user name as phone number or other user that define in advance ?

1. You can disable email address as a mandatory field in Amelia -> General Settings:
2. I'm afraid, it's not possible to create a Customer or a Customer profile in advance due to Amelia's logic.
You can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if this request was already submitted and vote for it.
