If it's allowing you to choose date and time, and insert your information, and now it's just spinning, it may be reCAPTCHA or payment method.
Please check if your reCAPTCHA is active and if it has keys entered, and let me know which payment method you're using (if it's Stripe or PayPal please check the keys and if you have inserted live keys into sandbox mode, or test keys into live mode)
