We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hello,

I would like to know a few details about the functionality before purchasing the plugin. I would like to display events alongside posts, so for this I would require to query for events (or any other entity), just like you query for posts with custom post types (although I noticed amelia is not using custom post types). Is there a function for this because I couldn't find it in docs.

Also is there a best practice / approach on how could the UI be customized other than override CSS. I saw that is built with vuejs. Is there a way of overriding templates?

    Thanks,

    Mihai

    Hi, Mihai,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    1. I'm afraid, at the moment we have no queuing option and no post-like features in Amelia.

    2. We just implemented a new Customize feature, and it allows to modify plenty of things in UI (to disable fields, to change the order of fields, and obviously, to select colors and font), so that might be enough for your business.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Best Regards.
