In Zoom the time is set as 7.30pm - but in Amelia embedded on my webinar registration page the time is 7pm. The Amelia system will not let me change it to 7.30. (I set up the event from Amelia first then tried to edit it in Zoom).
I am also getting payment error issues with paypal if i try and purchase a spot on the webinar.
Lastly there is a strip at the top of each embedded form that has a calendar picker on it - this serves no purpose but I cannot remove it. See screenshots attached. We need to go live this morning and need these errors sorted out immediately please.
Can you please select the city instead of the Time Zone in your WP General settings. This should solve the issue.
Currently, there is only an option for customers to see the time slots in their own timezones if you enable this in Amelia -> Settings -> General, so they will see the time slots calculated in their own timezones.
You can edit the start time in Amelia backend to test if the change will affect the Zoom link again.
Regarding PayPal, if I’m not mistaken, you have updated Amelia to v4.0.0 or v4.0.1? If so, it can be related to the outdated Guzzle version that was used in Amelia. Our developers are aware of this issue, and they will add a fix to the next update.
There are two possible solutions for the issue:
1. Please go to Amelia > Settings > Activation and activate the slider Load Entities on page load, clear website and browser cache and check if the issue is resolved.
2. If that doesn't help, please reinstall Amelia with the attached file (it contains a fix) by following the steps below:
Please check if the option Delete plugin tables is disabled in Amelia -> Settings -> Activation. And then follow the steps below:
1) Download the zip folder
2) Use FTP to open /yourwordpressfolder/wp-content/plugins
3) Delete existing ameliabooking folder
4) Upload previously downloaded ameliabooking folder through FTP to plugins folder (unzip it)
5) Go to WP-admin panel, open Plugins section
6) Deactivate Amelia Plugin, and then activate it again
7) Clear site and browser cache
The calendar above the Events list is used to display upcoming events from the selected date onward. You can try hiding it using custom CSS.
