I am unable to use amelia on any of my website pages. I try to insert the short code but nothing works. I am short on time with this project and need to resolve this and get it working as soon as possible.

    Hi,

Make sure you have all set at the configuration, for example, is there is no employee assigned to a service, the form wont show up

    Hi, Richard,

Sorry to hear that you faced this issue.

As Said mentioned below, please make sure that you set Services up according to our documentation. Each Service should be assigned to at least one Employee, and Employee's working hours should be set up in the Employee's profile. Also, please make sure that the Service duration (including buffer time) doesn't exceed the working hours.

If that doesn't help, please provide us with a temporary WP Admin login. You can post credentials as a private response to this ticket.

    Best Regards.
