We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

How to display multiple categories or services with a shortcode? I want the services listed on the same row.

    I tried this:

    [ameliacatalog category=1,3]

    I tried this:

    [ameliacatalog services=1,2,3]

If I use one shortcode for each category, it puts them on different rows. So this didn't work, because it resulted in 2 services on one row and 1 service on the next row:

    [ameliacatalog category=1][ameliacatalog category=3]

How can I achieve this if I want 3 services displayed on one row?

    Thanks!

    Hi, TAFF,

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

I'm afraid, at the moment it's only possible to select one Category or Service in a shortcode.

You can display 3 Services in a row by creating 3 elements with your page builder (posts or any other elements that can have shortcodes) and adding one shortcode to each of them. I can't tell you precisely that it will work since it depends on your page builder and theme, but it's supposed to.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Best Regards.

    Hi Liza,

Thanks for the reply. I've tried putting them in a row like this, but it puts them on different rows.

    [ameliacatalog category=1][ameliacatalog category=3]

    Hi there,

Liza is out of the office at the moment, so I hope that you don't mind me replyingsmile.png

This depends from the number of the services, and also from the theme and site layout - you can try changing those around as well until you achieve having them all in the same row.
