We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hi. Could you please tell me how to set up that the employee also receives notification when someone books for an event. Not just the admin email specified. Is that possible?

    Thank you

    Hi Gerlinde,

    thank you for contactingsmile.png

Go to Amelia > Notifications; here you will see one tab for Customer and one for Employee:

In the To Employee tab you can choose and edit which notification employee receives at the same time Customer does.

Just make sure that your Employee has a valid email address in their profile:

(this is a fictional employee so he has a fake email)

    Thanks so much, Ivana.

It's not an appointment though, but an event - I don't see an option for a notification when someone books for an event. How can the person hosting the event be notified that someone booked?

I tested the "employee panel access" email but the "link" to track your bookings in the email does not seem to pull through:

    Dear Richard Roe,

You can access your profile and track your bookings on this link.

    Your login credentials:
    Email: [email protected]
    Password: %employee_password%

    Best regards,
    The Happiness Center

Would you mind sharing that link with me.

Basically I want the person running the event to be able to see who registered as soon as possible.

    Thanks so much

    Gerlinde

    Hi Gerlinde,

thank you for the kind reply and for explainingsmile.png

I see now; to be able to allow an employee to receive the Event Booked notification:

that employee needs to be registered in that event as Staff:

Once added as Staff, employee will receive booking notification for that event's attendees.

thank you. she is. but the email received is very generic. it doesn't say who registered.

the email I pasted below... the word "link" where is that meant to link to - I'm trying to find an easy way for staff / employee to see their attendees. Thank you

    Hi Gerlinde,

please insert customer information placeholders into that email template so that you would be able to get the attendee information
