I uploaded the zip file as a new plugin and everything went well, I set Amelia, but nothing was published on the word press site www.pierluigicipriani.com, so nothing is visible to customers, I only have the possibility to set Amelia as admin in the dashboard
I created a new page where I inserted the following shortcode [ameliacustomerpanel appointments = 1 events = 1]. the page can be found at https://www.pierluigicipriani.com/pagina-amelia/ I am asked for a password, if I enter amelia's account data: [email protected] and the password you gave me (I haven't changed it yet), it gives me an error. If I enter the username and password with which I usually enter my site, it gives me an error. I don't want them to conflict with each other.
If you have correctly set up the Customer Panel, once a client makes a booking they will receive the link to access it, but when making a test booking on your website I did not receive the link which suggests it was not added to the template. So please go through our documentation on how to set up the Customer panel and please note you will not be able to log in it with credentials of any other role except Amelia Customer role, so please use the login credentials from your customer profiles.
Good morning,

Hi Pierluigi
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Did you place any of the Amelia shortcodes on the pages where you want Amelia published?
We can see another booking system on one of your pages so could you please provide us with a URL of the page where you have Amelia booking placed.
I created a new page where I inserted the following shortcode [ameliacustomerpanel appointments = 1 events = 1].
the page can be found at https://www.pierluigicipriani.com/pagina-amelia/
I am asked for a password, if I enter amelia's account data: [email protected] and the password you gave me (I haven't changed it yet), it gives me an error.
If I enter the username and password with which I usually enter my site, it gives me an error. I don't want them to conflict with each other.
what to do?
