We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hi,

    My client runs a physiotherapy clinic and spa which offers a number of services.

    At present we've got Amelia set up to all clients to book each service individually, but we also need an option whereby they can book multiple services at once as a single package in a single appointment. We need this to work in a way that allows people to both book individual services or packages that include those services, and to ensure that there is no overbooking of services.

    For example:

    We have a sauna that can accommodate 2 people, and an ice bath that can accommodate 2 people.

    John books the sauna for 1pm-1.30pm

    Dan books the Contrast Bathing package (which includes both the sauna and the ice bath) for 1pm-2pm

    The sauna is now at maximum capacity (2), but the ice bath can take 1 more person.

    Is it possible to do this in Amelia? If so, I'd really appreciate some help in getting it worked out.

    We do have our Oackages feature that I believe will suit your needs, however it is only available in Pro version.
