- if it's possible to connect the planning with Google calendar and if I create an appointment on Google Calendar, I can see this appointment on the Amelia planning on Wordpress back office ?
- When I propose a service with capacity of 2 or 3 peoples, the duration of the appointment grow up in consequence ?
- Can I propose appointements' slots more specificly ?
- if it's possible to connect the planning with Google calendar and if I create an appointment on Google Calendar, I can see this appointment on the Amelia planning on Wordpress back office ? - I'm afraid, at the moment integration with Google Calendar only allows to block the busy slots from a G Cal for booking in Amelia, but not to transfer these busy events to Amelia Calendar.
- When I propose a service with capacity of 2 or 3 peoples, the duration of the appointment grow up in consequence ? - No, by default, a Service can have only one duration, and it can't be changed by a number of attendees or any other factor.
- Can I propose appointements' slots more specificly ? - I'm sorry but I didn't understand this question, could you please clarify it?
Please make sure that the WP time zone is set to the City and not to the UTC format.
Also, please make sure that the Employee's working hours were set in the Employee's profile and not only in Amelia Settings -> Working hours and days off:
Per example, the service n°1 (during 3 hours) could have slots until 19:00 / 22:00pm and service n°2 (during 1 hour) could have slots until 17:00pm / 18:00 pm

Hello,
Thanks you it's perfect !
I have an other question, it's possible to have severals working hours according to services ?
Raphaël,
I'm glad I could help.
Could you please provide me with an example in order to avoid misunderstanding?
Liza,
Per example, the service n°1 (during 3 hours) could have slots until 19:00 / 22:00pm and service n°2 (during 1 hour) could have slots until 17:00pm / 18:00 pm
Raphaël,
Are they assigned to the same Employee?
Also, what is the working hours duration? Or these Services should be available only at 19:00 / 22:00 and 17:00 / 18:00 respectively?
Liza,
Yes it's the same employee because there are only 1 employee.
No there are not only available at this slot. For some service the employees can finish later
Raphaël,
If these Services are not being provided at the same time, then it can be set through different periods during working hours:
Best Regards.
Thanks Liza,
It's almost that ! I would like to :
Monday : 09:00 - 18:00 (Service A) // 09:00 - 22:00 (Service B) ...
It's possible ?
Raphaël,
I see, that's what I was trying to figure out: if these Services are being provided during the day as well.
Please try this configuration:
Best Regards.
