We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Bonjour, je souhaite proposer des forfaits (ou package), j'ai pris la formule basic, je dois donc passer à la formule supérieure ? 

    Aussi, je suis dans le massage donc avec la formule basic je ne peux pas accéder au templates massage ?

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

    The official language of our support is English, so I will have to use Google translate for our communication. I would like to apologize for the possible misunderstanding in advance.

    1. Yes, in order to use Packages, you will need to upgrade Amelia to a Pro license since this feature isn't included in the Basic one.

    You don't have to purchase the new license, we can upgrade the current license you have.

    If you upgrade the license, you will have to pay only the difference between the two licenses that will be calculated respectively (so, the time you were using Amelia Basic will be deducted from its price).

    If you confirm the upgrade, we will forward the request to our reseller, Paddle, and they will charge your card or PayPal account for the difference.

    For that, we will need the email address you used for the purchase and the license you want to upgrade to (if it's Pro annual or lifetime).

    2. Sorry, but I didn't understand the question about "templates massage", could you please clarify it?
