Hello, I have a data table that I have created by importing the data from an excel.
It works perfectly and I have it posted on one page.
Currently on my page a password is required so that users from the front end can see, create, modify or delete any data from all columns.
But now I need other users to be able to access the same table but can only view and therefore modify some of the columns.
That is, I need some users from frontend to be able to see all the columns and edit them (as I have now), but others to only be able to see some columns and edit them from the same data table.
It's possible? How could I do it? I know that different users can be given access to the edition or not, but what I need is to display certain columns to one user and all to another.
The ideal would be to create another free access page that only shows some columns and they could edit them, but that makes me the changes in the general data table
    Thank you.

    Hi Jorge

Unfortunately this is not possible with the plugin's builtin features.

The closest feature we have is Users see and edit only their own data but I am not sure it will be useful in this case.

It probably can be done with some custom work, but our developers are very busy at the moment, working on some priority tasks and fixing bugs and issues with our plugins, so they won't be having the time for custom work in near future.

But we can recommend these services for customization:

    https://codeable.io/?ref=l1TW1

    https://wpkraken.io/?tms-plugins

They do develop such solutions, so can you please send your inquiry to them?

OK thank you. Would it be possible to access the same table from two pages and one of them will show all the columns and the other only some that I select?
If it is not possible, can I make a copy of the table and that the changes that I make in the copy, also make them in the table that has been copied?
    Thanks

    Hi Jorge

You can create an SQL table that will pull only the information you need from the original table, or you can use the duplicate button to create an exact copy of the table and disable Duplicate option so all the changes made in that table will be reflected in the original as well.
