Hi,
Since I installed the new Amelia plugin version 4.0.1 on 16 July, I regularly experience problem when creating a new appointment for an existing customer.
When I started typing first few letters of a customer name, the name suggestion doesn't work like it used to be. Some times it finds results, and some times it doesn't while I actually search for an existing name.
Many times when I deleted the letters I type in and start typing all over again, it just doesn't find any name anymore.
Please research this as it costs us too much time to scroll down the list to find the name manually because our list of customer is very long. Closing the create appointment dialog, refresh the page, start the dialog again doesn't help either.
It is so bad so we are considering going back to version 3 just because of this problem.
Regards
Hi there,
Is there a fix for this issue? I'm experiencing the same problem.
Thanks!
Niall,
There's a fix that should resolve the issue.
However, I won't be able to send you the file since you are not the owner of the ticket, therefore you won't be able to see a private reply.
Could you please open a new ticket?
Best Regards.
Thanks Liza, I've just posted a ticket you can see here
Niall,
Thank you for the link.
I responded to your ticket, please check it.
Best Regards.
