We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hello,

We’re working on shapingart.com and noticed that the Amelia plugin generates this error: https://prnt.sc/1cxy4aw

To replicate it, please go to https://shapingart.com/, then click on the hamburger menu on the upper right, then click shop, then click on any product. You’ll notice that the product page does not load, just a white screen and the error above shows on the console. Everything on the site is up to date. Can you help us with this one, please?

    Many thanks.

    Hi Ashley

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.

Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.

It can also be related to the outdated Guzzle version that was used in Amelia. Probably it's conflicting with the theme.

Our developers are aware of this issue, and they will add a fix to the next update. However, at the moment the issue can be resolved by re-installing Amelia from the file that has a fix (please see the attachment).

Thus, please check if the option Delete plugin tables is disabled in Amelia -> Settings -> Activation. And then follow the steps below:

    1) Download the zip folder

    2) Use FTP to open /yourwordpressfolder/wp-content/plugins

    3) Delete existing ameliabooking folder

    4) Upload previously downloaded ameliabooking folder through FTP to plugins folder (unzip it)

    5) Go to WP-admin panel, open Plugins section

    6) Deactivate Amelia Plugin, and then activate it again

    7) Clear server and browser cache

If that doesn't help, please provide us with a temporary WP Admin login and database credentials, so we will be able to look into the issue from the inside.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
