    Hi,

    I have a problem activating the plugins.
    It says: Your purchase license is invalid and or expired. Please help. Here is my purchase license code:

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Based on the purchase code I would say this is an Envato purchase, so can you tell me are you using the Activate with Envato button?

    Since you bought the plugin through Envato marketplace, you don't actually need the purchase code to activate the license. The "Purchase Code" field is reserved for purchases made through our website, and needs to stay blank when you're activating with Envato.

    So, all you need to do is click on "ACTIVATE WITH ENVATO", and the plugin will take you to the Envato log-in page, where (upon logging-in) the license will be activated.

    Thank you for your prompt reply.
    I understand now.
    But it kind of strange. I still got the error saying: "You have reach maximum number of registered domain". I never know that the license was applied to a certain number of domain.
    Anyway, this should be answered by Envato.

    If you have previously activated this licence on another domain, that domain needs to be deactivated first in order to activate a new one. Could you kindly tell us the domain name that needs to have the active licence so we can check in our system?

    Thanks for the clue.
    I only use the plugin on 2 of my websites: aswaja-id.net (earlier) and andirista.com (this is what needs to be activated).
    I have made the plugin deactivated on aswaja-id.net and tried to activate it on andirista.com but still failed.

    Please help.

    I forwarded this to our management to investigate further.

    Since this is an Envato licence we might have to deactivate the old licence on our end.

    I will get back to you with more information, thank you for your time and patience.

    The old licence was still active in our system so we deactivated it for you. Can you please try and activate the licence on your new domain now?
