My first question is regarding the step-by-step layout packages. How can I change the layout from a single column to 2 columns? (screenshot attached) Is there any setting for this or can I do it through custom CSS? https://wordpress-613215-1987730.
Second question is regarding catalog booking, I used the [ameliacatalog show=packages] shortcode, but the first step is still showing the Categories instead of just the packages. There is only one service available so this step is unnecessary and unwanted. (see screenshot) , this page https://wordpress-613215-1987730.cloudwaysapps.com/booking-2/
1.It probably can be done with some custom work, but our developers are very busy at the moment, working on some priority tasks and fixing bugs and issues with our plugins, so they won't be having the time for custom work in near future.
But we can recommend these services for customization:
Shortcode for catalog layout works perfectly thanks. Seems there is a new problem though. I have set the packages sort order to custom, but the front end still sorts by name ascending. When I refresh the services page on the backend, the packages order has reverted to showing the packages sorted by name ascending even though Custom is still selected. See screenshot.
I also tried changing it price ascending, even though that is not the sort order I want, and the same thing happens.
No caching plugins, and Varnish is disabled on the server.
You are most welcome, I am glad to hear it works for you
Unfortunately this is bug on our side and we are aware of it.
I spoke with our project manager, and she said that the fix should be included in the next update, which should be released within 2 - 3 weeks. It could take a bit longer than that if some unexpected issues come up.
I will reach out to our developers next week and see if they maybe have a hot-fix for you, so you don't have to wait until the next update, but I can't promise anything.
What I can offer you as a workaround is using several pre-filtered shortcodes and placing them in the order you like, manually.
Thanks for clearing that up. Apologies for the delayed response, had some 'minor natural disasters' here in the Philippines in the last week and internet was down.
Client plans to launch the site in the next week or two, so a hot-fix would be great, but failing that, the pre-filtered shortcodes option would be much appreciated.
Since you are choosing to show one specific package at a time it will be displayed like this
Since it's not all bundled up in categories it will not show like this I'm afraid
We are still waiting for the fix but as soon as it's out you will be able to go back to using the standard shortcode and reorder the packages from the backend.
I am afraid this is the only workaround I can offer you at this moment, do let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.

Hi James
Thank you for reaching out to us.

But we can recommend these services for customization:
https://codeable.io/?ref=l1TW1
https://wpkraken.io/?tms-plugins
They do develop such solutions, so can you please send your inquiry to them?
2. You can specify which category you want to show packages from, if you have only one category you can use a shortcode like this
[ameliacatalog category=3 show=packages]

Hi James
Wow, I am sorry to hear that, I hope all is good now and no more natural disasters of any magnitude will occur.
The fix is not released yet but you can use package specific shortcodes like this to place them in the order you like
[ameliacatalog package=3]
I hope this helps, do let me know if you need any further assistance.
Hi Blaženka
Thanks for the shortcode. Am I missing something though? I tried adding the shortcodes in a 3 column grid, and the result is completely different to how the catalog view displays. https://wordpress-613215-1987730.cloudwaysapps.com/booking-2/ It is showing the booking form for each package, not a 'preview' link like the catalog https://wordpress-613215-1987730.cloudwaysapps.com/booking/
Cheers
James
