Can you please help me to set  up the Package Purchased confirmation notice that go to the customer and to us so that they indicate the dates that have been purchased?  Thank you.

    Hi, Jennifer,

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

You can find all necessary placeholders on the Notifications page under the Package Purchased template:

    vsYBr9a5TbCrFLGphChgvy2H9EX2bmJE6GTSPZ4BhV62wakfXov4GP3oWzPEpT7sJCsWsO9SSN39UgRdbGQ-iXEFroHOMmkx0at_FDi0WqrKZ_E__nu9at5L88tlFnEjyhzQWmXh

You can just copy these placeholders by clicking on them, and then past to the notification text.

For example, %package_duration% will indicate the duration of the Package, and %package_appointments_details% will indicate the dates and time of the Appointments that were booked along with the Package purchase.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Best Regards.

    Hi Liza,

I believe I've tried this.  Here's an email a customer just received from us and it did not populate the dates.

    Dear Stephen Wieroniey,

You have successfully purchased Fitness Bootcamp 3X . We look forward to seeing you on %appointment_date_time%.

Thank you for choosing our company,

    Coastal Lifesaving

Can you pop in and look at our configuration. We have an option for people to buy a package where they select multiple dates.  Is this why it isn't working?

    Jennifer,

If you are referring to the Package Purchased email notifications, you should use Package-related placeholders, for example %package_appointments_details% instead of %appointment_date_time%

If it's the Appointment Approved notification, then please provide us with a temporary WP Admin login, so we will be able to look into the issue from the inside. You can post credentials as a private reply to this ticket.

    Best Regards.

    Hi Liza,

I think I have it set up correctly. See Below-

    Dear %customer_full_name%,

You have successfully purchased %package_name% . We look forward to seeing you on %package_appointments_details%

    Thank you for choosing %company_name%

This is how the test email showed up though. It just showed the insert code.

    Dear John Doe,

You have successfully purchased Package Name . We look forward to seeing you on %package_appointments_details%

Thank you for choosing Coastal Lifesaving

    Jennifer,

    Yes, it seems correct.

The placeholder wasn't filled in with appointments details because it was a test email, so there was no actual booked appointment.

In order to test the Package Purchased notification, please "purchase" a test Package.

If that doesn't work (but it should), please provide us with a temporary WP Admin login for further investigation. You can post credentials as a private reply to this ticket.

    Best Regards.
