I am trying to figure out how to have a package of services (weekly classes) that are paid for in advance monthly and are recurring at the same time without the customer having to repurchase every month is this possible?

Unfortunately something like this isn't possible at the moment with our plugin. Automatically recharging is not possible. Once customer books all appointments from the package if he wants a new one, customer will need to purchase it again.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
