How can you set up the notifications to send customer panel access after a user has bought a package. he notification only seems to send when a booking is made. The client who I am assisting does not want to make any minimum bookings compulsory when a package is ordered.

    Hi Stephenie,

thank you for taking interest in Amelia, and for reaching out to ussmile.png

Yes, I'm afraid that notifications are triggered by a booking; package purchase by itself is not a booking hence it's needed for a single booking to be made before access is granted.

I see the convenience; a business may offer package purchases only that on their own require access to the panel - perhaps a customer does not want to make a booking right away; so, I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
