Can Amilia integrate with outlook.com, or its only with enterprise Azure accounts?

For the initial activation of the integration you do need an Azure account for the setup.
Later, your employee can use regular outlook emails for calendar syncing.
Ivana, what is the Redirect URI suppose to be in the Amelia plugging? It is not very clear. I am not an advanced developer. I am working with the instruction provided on your page.

Redirect URI is the URL of your Amelia > Employee page, kind of like www.website.com/employees.
This is where you get redirected after successfully signing into Outlook.
