I don't know why the plugin doesn't work on my website. i have tried with aclean install of wordpress on MAAMP and the same theme : it is OK. Do you know incompatibility with others plug ins for example ?

Could you please create a new ticket under the Amelia category, so we will be able to provide you with premium support?
For that, please go to the https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/, click on the Submit Ticket button on the top of the page and then choose the Amelia section and enter the purchase code in the field below the first one.
Also, that would be really helpful if you provide us with more details of the issue: is there an error? What exactly doesn't work? That would be even better if you attach a screenshot of the problem.
