The SMS Notifications are not sending out automatically. We are seeing the queue of SMS History but they are not sending out. How can this be set so they automatically send out? The balance in the account has sufficient funds. A screenshot has been attached showing the SMS History with the queued events not sending. Checking directly with the customer, they confirm that no SMS has been received. Thank you in advance!
We have changed the server for SMS, and now SMS is using a different server IP address. Most probably the server IP address is blocked on your hosting provider. Can you please ask your hosting provider to whitelist our new IP address 116.203.14.49?
They can test if it has been blocked if they execute:
Could you please also provide us with a temporary WP Admin login and SMS account access, so our Engineers will be able to investigate your case? You can post credentials as a private reply to this ticket.
What happens when you click on the "reload" sign, next to "Queued"?
We can't check the account without the SID, so can you please tell me which email address is used for SMS Notifications, and provide me with a few numbers that claim no messages were sent to them?

Checking on our side we are not seeing any kind of block for the IP 116.203.14.49
Can you please supply a traceroute report to the server giles.dreamhost.com
