We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi

We have the following categories for the services:

    • Reiki Healing (3 Services)
    • Pranic Healing  (5 Services)
    • Energy Spa (6 Services)
    • Meditation (7 Services)
    • Healing Camp (2 services)
    • Voluntary service (3 Services)

Please guide us how to create a "catalog view" or "search view" or "booking view" with 2 or 3 categories instead of showing only one category or all the categories.

For example, we have "Reiki Healing" and "Pranic Healing" which we would like to group together and show all the healing services available.

    Thank you & kind regards

    Roshan

    Hi Roshan,

thank you for reaching out to ussmile.png

At the moment, categories can only be displayed fully, or just one separately.

You can optionally place multiple separate catalog shortcodes for these services only, in order to avoid showing other services.

I would like to second that the ability to show multiple categories (rather than one or all categories) would be extremely helpful.

    Thanks

Thank you for your vote, Liana.

    - I am sorry to disappoint you, but at this time, this is not achievable with any of our built-in functionalities in Amelia.

Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, https://features.wpamelia.com/, and see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and it will be forwarded to our management for review.

After it's been reviewed it will be presented on the front page, for voting. Please note that it may take some time before your suggestion is brought up for voting since we receive quite a lot of suggestions on daily basis, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.

    -

    If you wish, you can also follow our changeLog page, where we present any changes/new features at every update;

and you can subscribe to our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.

    Kind Regards,

    Aleksandar Vuković
