I added 6 custom fields that don't show in the booking forms. I deactivated several times the plugin, cleared the cache and flushed the cdn and activated the plugin again.
Tested this with several combinations of all the fields in all the services until just one field in one and more services. It just doesn't work.
Can you please help me. Just checked the documentation and video's, but it looked alright to me.
Regards,
Wim
Hi, Wim,
Thank you for choosing Amelia.
Please make sure that you added these Custom Fields to corresponding Services or/and Events:
If that doesn't help, please provide us with a temporary WP Admin login, so we will be able to look into the issue from the inside.
Also, please specify which Custom Fields you are referring to.
Best Regards.
Wim,
I forwarded your case to our Level 2 Support.
We will get back to you at the earliest possible time.
Hi Wim,
We are working on this and we will contact you back on Monday, rest assured.
I wish you a pleasant weekend
Hey Wim
The issue has been resolved on your site.
There's a bug with the new "Load entities on page load" setting in Amelia Settings/Activation. We simply turned it off, and on again, and now the custom fields are shown on the front-end.
This will be fixed with our next update, but in case it happens again (it shouldn't), that's how to solve it.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

I tried turning on and off the Load entities however that did not solve it. My custom fields are still not showing up.

Thanks for your Support Aleksandar, and also Liza and Ivana.
I am happy that the Custom Fields show again in the booking form. Yeah.....
I was away for a couple of days, so couldn't reply earlier. Thanks again.
Warm Regards,
Wim

I have the same issue and no one is bothered responding back to the tickets for days am really not very impressed initially I have no Idea what you did with my purchased code which your ticketing system wasn't excepting.
I am unable to add GDPR consents and T&C and Policy mandatory check box prior anyone proceeds to fill in the form or even make a payment. Why don't I have the custom filed option to add more fields?
Hello Jay.
Our support agents go through tickets in the order in which they are received. We apologize for the delay, but in the past week we have been getting a lot more tickets, so they take more time to reach every ticket.
Custom Fields are located in Amelia/Custom Fields menu. They need to be assigned to services you want to add them to. If you create new services you will need to edit custom fields in order to assign the existing custom field to the new services.
To add a link to Terms & Conditions, you can use "Checkbox" or "Radio" custom fields. In the custom field you need to add an anchor tag like this:
So this text appears as a hyperlink that opens a new tab (target="_blank") and takes the customers to your Terms & Conditions without them leaving the booking form. So the custom field on the back-end would look like this:
As you can see, we made this radio button a mandatory field, so no one can book an appointment without checking the "I agree" button.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Thanks for your response Aleksandar. I have responded back to your colleague I hope he gets back to me soon and we can get this resolved
I look forward to his response.
Hi again Jay.
You need to select services and/or events you want to add the custom field to here:
They won't appear in the Customize section, but once you select services and/or events, and you visit the front end booking page, you'll see the custom fields in the last step of the booking procedure.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

I already selected to apply to all
and the content keeps on disappearing in that field once you come out of that page and come back
tied to follow your video as well just incase
That could be a conflict with something.
I can see the direct login link for your website in another ticket, so I'll check it out and respond to you there.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
