Hi there
Our employees don't have fix breaks, so we should be able to block them individually day by day. Is this possible with Amelia? If not: What workaround would you suggest (for example: create a service called PAUSE and make fake «bookings» for the duration of the breaks?) In general the breaks are 45 minutes long (we do have some exceptions when an employee works less hours per day).

I would suggest adding an Employee Panel and allowing your employees to manage their schedule so this way they will be able to add in their own brakes when they need to.

In the same way you would add their breaks from the backend.
Go to Amelia Settings - Roles settings and enable these permissions for Employee panel
Then in their customer panel they will see these options in their profile page

Thanks again for your reply. I probably was not clear enough. The employees won't have fix breaks. They are individual from day to day and varies from week to week.
For example: In week 1 the break on monday is from 12 - 12.45, but in week 2 it will be from 13.30 - 14.15.
The employees should blockable individually. Is this possible with Amelia?

I am not sure I understand what is the issue here. If each employee will be able to modify their brake for each day from their Employee panel what else are you trying to achieve? In week 1 they can modify their work hours as they please, in week 2 also, they will go in and modify the same work hours.
