The shortcode displays but not the link:

The scheduled "test" meetings are showing up in ZOOM.

Please make sure that you added your Employees as users under your Zoom account and connected their Amelia Employee profiles to their Zoom Users.
Also, please make sure that the Zoom integration is enabled for all the Services and Events that are being performed online in Service/Event settings.
And one more thing: please make sure that you book test Appointment/Event for testing Zoom links (they are not being created for test email notifications).
