We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
For one - my site isn't currently live - I am in the middle of rebuilding on a faster server - using the same purchase code as my live site.
I have deactivated the code on my live site and activated it on a cloud version while I get everything squared away.
Once installed on my current server - Amelia will not save any email notifications that I input. Period. Nothing. It's literally a blank page after saving multiple times and refreshing.
Again, I have activated the plugin on my rebuild site (so I could have the premium features) - and it's just not working. The SMS works just fine - seeing as all of its information is kept on a separate server under a username and password.
Is there any way at all that I have a link to the version prior to the current update? I didn't have any problems with getting anything set up. I am stressed for time and need something that works as soon as possible.
I have literally tried everything - from reinstalling the plugin to clearing all cache.. there isn't anything that I can do at this point and I NEED email notifications of the appointments that I set.
Thank you and get back with me as soon as possible.
Hey Roland
Thank you for your purchase, and sorry for the inconvenience.
Please check if you have Grammarly or Language Tool (or any other browser add-on for grammar). If you do, disable that when you're editing Amelia/Notifications, type in your template, and save. That should resolve the issue.
For some reason, the browser extension is deleting everything you type in, so once you hit SAVE, "NULL" is saved in the database.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
