You need to enable "Check customer's name for existing email when booking" in Amelia Settings/Roles/Customer, and when they're logged in, those details will be pre-populated, and non-changeable.
If you want your users to also receive a WordPress user role, you can enable "Automatically create Amelia Customer user". If you don't want that, they would need to log into Amelia's Customer Panel.
OK. I found where I can test this out and carried out the test and I would like to report a bug which I believe it's a show stopper but for you to decide.
Step 5 : Choose any avaialble date and time (30th July 9am) > Click 'Continue'
Step 6 : You will see First name and Last name and emails are all empty (although "Check customer's name for existing email when booking" in Amelia Settings/Roles/Customer is enabled)
With my limitted knowledge, I see some patterns of this issue happening. As long as the service (category) / employee has a dropdown selection, the current user fields didn't get populated somehow.
Just curious
these info would get auto populated if the user is already logged?
or he/she needs to type in again?
Thank you

Hi Aleksandar,
Thank you for the info.
Is there a way to check this feature (pre-populated login details for logged in user) from the demo?
Please let me know
Thank you
Rohan

Step 3 : Audit and assurance
Step 4 : Choose Aaron David

Can you please take a look further?

Please disregard the earlier request. I think you have pointed to the wrong backend.
https://consultant.wpamelia.com/ for frontend but
https://consultant.wpamelia.com/wp-admin is not the backend.. (not accessible)
Hi Rohan,
thank you for the kind reply
Here is the link to the backend demo; you can test this out here, but it is the safest way to go to test it live.
You can download Amelia Lite and try there.
