We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Testing out the purchase process before I turn it over to a client. On a test booking, the final step is never completed. It repeatedly loads and never completes the action.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
If you have updated Amelia to it's latest version please go to Amelia > Settings > Activation and activate the slider Load Entities on page load.
If that doesn't work there is one more fix you can try.
Please go to Amelia Settings/Activation, and make sure that the "Delete database tables" slider is disabled. Then, go to your Plugins section, deactivate and delete Amelia, and then download the installation file attached to my response and install it.
Do let me know if you still have the same issue.

I am sorry that did not fix the situation... it did delete all of my data, and I will have to re-input all of the information.
I completed the following
- Deleted the tables
- Loaded all vues
- Deactivated and reinstalled my installation code and during the last step, it is still loading.
