we were wondering if it is possible to only show only those appointments in the employee panel an employee is actually assigned to? Right now our Yoga instructors can see our HIIT classes and start the Zoom for those for example. Is there a way to work around that issue?
Furthermore we have one employee that has different classes, some online some offline. For this employees online courses the Zoom integration doesn't work. Do you have possibly a solution for that issue.
Could you please provide us with some more details on the issue you are facing, if possible send us some screenshots or a screen recording of the issue so we can get a better understanding and provide you with the best solution.
Employee panel displays appointments that particular logged in employee is assigned to, can you show us where you see something different? What steps do we need to take to recreate the issue on our end?
Can you please tell us if you have enabled Zoom integration in the Service modal for each service:
Could you please go to Edit Service -> Settings -> Integrations and enable Zoom there if not?
For the first issue, please don't apologize - that is why we're here, to answer your questions, and we're all happy to do so
For the panel issue, this can happen if the employee who can see other employees logged into the same device or browser as others; cleaning cache fully helps. Also, please go to WordPress > Users, and check if this employee has an Employee Role with his email or a Manager role.

Hey Ivana,
thank you for your help!
Creating a WordPress user for the employees through Amelia solved the issue!
Kind regards
Moritz
