We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Booking form will not populate with services. After the latest update the booking form no longer works. The continue button just spins...
Hi Jennifer
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Could you please go to Amelia > Settings > Activation and activate the slider Load Entities on page load and let us know if you still have the same issue.
Hello Blaženka,
I have tried your recommendation and that did not work. I recorded a Loom video to show you the issue that we are experiencing. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling Amelia and that did not work. We made the most recent update to Amelia on the same day that we installed WooCommerce plugins.

Please let us what to do next to fix this. We are using Stripe as our payment platform for Amelia.
Thanks,
Hello Ivana,
I reinstalled the Amelia file that you just set over. I believe that that did correct the issue. We are going to monitor the page today and fingers crossed there are no issues. We also still need to do a test purchase of the new landing page that uses WooCommerce. However, the spinning continue wheel issue seems to be resolved.
Will this be something that we will need to be concerned about with future Amelia updates?
Thank you!
Hi Jennifer,
thank you for letting me know; I'm glad to hear that
This fix is permanent and should not cause further issues; Guzzle library updates just as well so we are keeping up with their (and all other software / plugin changes that work alongside or are part of Amelia) updates.
Still, please do absolutely let me know if any conflicts occur I will be happy to help!
