If you add an appointment and try to search for a client but get no data returned, it doesn't add the option again to add a new client. You have to close the window and do the whole thing.
Can you give me a bit more details so that I can test it?
You add a new appointment with one of the existing clients or you create a new client while making this appointment? Do you save the appointment fully?
So what I do is press "add appointment" on the calendar view. Then the system will first ask me to chose I client so I press the field and it shows the "+ add new client" option and then a view names alphabetically. So then I search for e.g. "james", but the system can't find any client named James in the DB. So it shows an "no data" string. So because James doesn't exist, I want to create a new client for this James person. The problem is when I clear the field the system doesn't show a dropdown anymore with the "+ add new client" option and then a view names alphabetically. So I have to close the window now. Press the "add appointment" button again and just now I'm able to use the "+ add new client" option again. Hope this made my issue more clear!
Thank you for clarifying, we can see what you are referring to. I will forward this to our Level 2 to investigate further. We will get back to you as soon as we have some more information.
This is a bug on our end, and it will be fixed. We apologize for the inconvenience!
I just spoke with our developers, and they said they'll try to squeeze it in the next update which is scheduled to be released within the next 2 weeks.
