    Hi, my subscription expired today and I purchased a new one, however I am unable to update the purchase code in Amelia. Can you assist?

    Please log into http://store.tms-plugins.com/ with the credentials you received in your e-mail when you purchased the plugin, then navigate to Manage Domains/Amelia, and if you're still within 15 days from purchase you will see the "Request Refund" button.

    Deactivate your domain there, then go back to the WordPress backend, to Amelia > Settings > Activation and enter the new purchase code to activate it.
