We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
First I want to thank you for all the support provided in the last months, I have a new query and I would appreciate your recommendation.
I need to make an improvement in my current hosting plan, I am not an expert on the subject and I am afraid of losing all the information from the last months.
I have made a backup with the plugin: All-in-One-Migration WP but I am not sure that it will work.
Do you have any recommendations or considerations that I should know?
Thank you very much, I wish you all the best.
PS: Do you have any information or approximation of when I could combine multiple services associated with "virtual woocommerce products"?
Currently I use the "Extras" option to solve that, but it makes it difficult for me to measure inventory and use other woocommerce plugins or a CRM.
Hi Sebastian,
thank you for reaching out to us, and for such kind feedback! I'm happy you have been satisfied with the service so far
You can export Customers, Event Attendees, etc. by pressing the file icon in the right corner of the backend.
I'm afraid, other than cloning the website, the only available option is to copy all 47 wp_amelia database tables, and option_name "amelia_settings" from your wp_options database table.
When you are moving on live site from local or stage site we can suggest to use Plugin Duplicator. We use it and it's working fine, because he will transfer all the files and also the tables to database.

At the moment you can add multiple services to one checkout transaction by creating Packages.
