I can't display the last created services and the rotating icon keeps on rotating. I had more services, but deleted a couple. Now I have at least 8 services, but in the searchdisplay, only 4 show. I tested thoroughly with the shortcodes, but that didn't help. Deactived and actived after updates, cleared al cache, but no result.
I attach an 2 .png files of wp_amelia_service table. I circled where I have second thoughts about, but that is not up to me. Simply, it doesn't work.
I see that even with an earlier view which had a number in the position field, didn't show eighter. That where al numbers higher than you see in the sent files.
Could you please make sure that these Services were assigned to at least one Employee, and that they were added to the Employee's Working hours as well (if you had added the previous Services to Employees' working hours)?
If that doesn't help, please provide us with temporary WP Admin access, so we will be able to look into the issue from the inside. Also, please specify which Services you are referring to.
Thx for your help. Seems that I forgot/didn't realized myself to add to the employee's working hours. The rest was done as should. Amelia is really nice, but a little complicated with so much settings in different places.
Yes, we are trying to keep Amelia simple, but our users request more and more features, therefore we are always balancing between simplicity and functionality. And sometimes it results in easy things become complicated.
