Hello,
I believe there is a bug with Amelia->Notifications admin page. Everytime I try to edit, for example the Approved Notifcation email text, the whole textarea turns blank and I lose everything that was there before. It makes it frustrating to have to retype the notification text from a blank space. I have tried refreshing the page. Activating and deactivating the plugin. But everytime I click inside the notification textarea all the the text that was there disappears.
I would appreciate some help.
I am using Chrome version:
Google Chrome
Version 91.0.4472.106 (Official Build) (x86_64)
on MacOs. I'll attach the info.
Hi, Gerardo,
Thank you for choosing Amelia.
Do you use Grammarly or any other grammar checking tool (WP Plugin or browser add-on)? In most cases, this issue with disappearing notification templates is related to this kind of tools. So, please, deactivate Grammarly (or any similar add-on), reload the Notifications page, and see if the issue was resolved.
If that doesn't help, please provide us with a temporary WP Admin login, so we will be able to look into the issue from the inside.
Best Regards.
Hello,
The Grammarly extension was causing the problem. I disabled it and it is working fine now. Thank you so much!
You are most welcome
