We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I was wondering if some new features could be added to wp DataTables. I know I'm asking a lot, but any of these being added would be greatly appreciated. I currently use the plugin for my website (linked) and one very useful feature would be the ability to cross off cells with a check box. I provide fantasy football rankings, and your plugin has been great at allowing me to feature my rankings. It would be an incredible upgrade though if there could be a column at the beginning that would allow users to select the check box and that column would get crossed out, or maybe change to a different color. Really anything would work. The goal is for people to use the page as they draft, and cross players off when they're taken.
Another great feature would be easy conditional formatting. Right now you need to select the exact color codes you want. Would be so much easier if you could just have it format from red to green based off the numbers in the column. Or better yet, just use the conditional formatting from the google sheet that it's pulling the info from. That would be incredible. At the very least it would be nice to be able to transfer formatting that we already used in another column. It's the worst copying over 15 color codes and number ranges across a bunch of different columns (since every single one has to be manual right now).
Another really nice feature would be the ability for users to hide columns. I can hide a column as the owner of the site, but some tables we have use a lot of columns. Would be nice if people could easily click a button and hide whatever column they want.
I know that was a lot, but these would all be massive additions to the plugin, and I really do think they're all doable!
Hi Nick
Thank you for reaching out to us, and thank you for all these great suggestions! We are always looking for new ways to improve our plugin so we are always happy to hear our customers' needs.
I will forward this to our developers but I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature request on this page as well so it will be added to our to-do list.
