Hello,
Is there any option to force the customer to add his/her birthday in the login page or at the moment they create the first booking?
Hi, Humberto,
Thank you for your inquiry.
I'm afraid, at the moment it's not possible to set the Birthday field as a mandatory field for a booking form (the way the email address or the phone number fields can be set).
However, there's a workaround: you can request a Customer's birthday through a Custom field and make this field mandatory. The only thing with this workaround is that this Custom field will be saved under an Appointment and not a Customer's profile, therefore you will have to add a birthday to a Customer's profile manually after a booking is complete.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Best Regards.
