I need urgent help from a senior developer who can check a problem: we have lots of missing booking slots! They are neither marked as busy in the calendar, nor disabled in any other way in Amelia. They simply can't be booked either in backend or frontend. Please help me solve this problem - my client has been unable to fill his booking slots for over a week now !!!
Here is an example of our customer's Amelia base. We have been using it for 2 months and it worked very well before today. Here is an example of the time slots of July 17.
STEP 1 - See attached photo 01, our services that last 20 minutes each STEP 2 - See attached photo 02, the class assignment from 16:00 to 17:45 for Laure on July 17th. STEP 3 - See attached photo 03, the classes that have been booked for July 17th. STEP 4 - See attached picture 04, the problem... we still have 20minutes slots available between 16:20 and 17:00 / 17:20 and 17:45, but when we want to add a client, the date of July 17 is in red, as if it was full, when it is not...
This problem is on the whole reservation and is a big problem for our customer who believes in your platform and uses it exclusively to run his business. We need support quickly
I found the problem... The hours entered in the specific days of the employee have a programming problem. The time slots were well entered with the date, times, services and location. But the slots were not displayed on the user side on the calendar when booking. I had to delete them and put them back in the same way and it works since.
Our client complained because she had a loss of earnings during that week, and there is nothing we can do about it. I think your plug-in is good but there are still some bugs that need to be fixed quickly...
Unfortunately the problem persists, your plug-in has a programming problem with the specific days of the employee.
As I told you yesterday, I removed all the dates in the specific days and re-entered them. At first sight it worked on the user's side of the booking, but our client came back to us saying that there were already problems for the 24th of July where the date was not displayed even though there were still free slots. There is also another related problem, Laure would like to be able to add appointments for these clients, but when booking manually, the date is not clickable even though it is scheduled in the employee's specific days and there are still free slots.
Process of the problem (example):
Laure wants to take a reservation for one of her clients on the 24th of July for a 15 minute lesson. The date is not available during the manual booking, so I have to delete the date of the 24th of July in the specific days and re-enter it in the same way so that Laure can finally make a booking manually.
The problem comes from the programming of your plug-in in the specific days which does not take into account the data entered. It's been 2 weeks now and our client is at the end of his rope. We had trusted you to manage the appointments, but I think we should not have...
