Hi, I am contacting you about the extra functionality they give the option to add additional services or products that customers can purchase when they are scheduling the appointment. And I want to know how I can set a limit of only 1 selectable extra. So that the user has the possibility to choose only one extra functionality, preventing the addition of others.
I have many similar services and it takes me a lot of time to change all of them every time I need to. I decided to create maybe five services and add extras. The problem is that I need the customer to select only 1 extra, not in quantity but in type: i.e. if the customer selects 1h extra, he shouldn't be able to add then 2h extra.
I know I can create a time-based extra: "1h" and then increase it with the "quantity", but the problem is that prices are not linear: 1h extra costs 10€ and 2h extra costs 15€ which is not the same as 1h (10€) x qty 2.
That's why I would need to create different extras and limit the number of selectable ones.
Can this be done? Otherwise I will keep working with my services as they are now.
Unfortunately limiting the number of different Extra options one client can add to their booking is not possible using the plugin's builtin features. It probably can be done with some custom work, but our developers are very busy at the moment, working on some priority tasks and fixing bugs and issues with our plugins, so they won't be having the time for custom work in near future.

And then each Customer will be able to add only one Extra.
